| Description : | 'They have two drummers and sound like the Butthole Surfers playing on a rollercoaster that's lost control and is currently destroying the part of the theme park where the animals live. Echoes & Dust 'Their barrage of rancour is equal parts the antisocial squall of Butthole Surfers, the twin drummers from recent Melvins falling down the stairs and the sound of a Montrose LP through a mangle.' Supernormal We were first introduced to Luminous Bodies at Supernormal Festival 2014. During their performance lobster people shot foam with phallic water pistols at the audience - If you've had the pleasure of baring witness to Luminous Bodies live you'll know just how apt this introduction to the band was. Since then the band have continued to rampage across the land, including a stand out performance at this years Raw Power festival, with their 'scumbag lysergic racket'. Whilst it's easy to hail Luminous Bodies for their electrifying spirit, their song writing craft should not be overlooked. Beneath their at times tongue in cheek delivery is a band who have produced a superb rock record. It's an album that'll whip you up and leave you in high spirits. It's an absolute delight and a pleasure to release.
