You won't be told to check them out and they will not be seen high fiving the correct people in the correct places in order to further their way up festival bills with the correct bands.
Art Of Burning Water are outsiders in the truest sense of the word AND VERY PROUD TO STAND OUTSIDE THE GOLDEN CIRCLE OF YOUR LOVE.
Art Of Burning Water are a steroided immigrant noise punk outfit that does not need to be loved to live.

La scène anglaise n'est pas en reste quand il s'agit d'offrir quelques décibels à nos petites oreilles frêles. CONAN a déjà fait des dégâts et du côté des labels, Riot Season offre un travail remarquable avec HEY COLOSSUS, ULTRAPHALLUS, SHIT AND SHINE ou DEAD ELEPHANT pour ne citer qu'eux. Rien de surprenant donc lorsque ART OF BURNING WATER sort son nouveau disque, Living Is For Giving, Dyins Is For Getting chez eux.
Cela fait dix ans que les Londoniens s'échinent à envoyer leur Noise Hard Core particulièrement énervée sur leur nouvel album. Il faut dire que le groupe peine à obtenir la reconnaissance qu'il mériterait et qu'il s'en enorgueillit d'ailleurs. Il conserve ainsi l'entièreté de sa liberté à tout défoncer.
Avec Living Is For Giving, Dying Is For Getting, on frôle le Grindcore et le Black Metal. ART OF BURNING WATER (le nom est déjà tout un poème) n'a pas fait de l'accessibilité sa priorité. Les dix compositions qui constituent l'album sont expédiées en vingt minutes. Difficile de s'ennuyer avec une telle dépense de stéroïdes.
ART OF BURNING WATER affiche une fureur nihiliste des plus punk pour une humeur aussi Sludge que sombre et désespérée. Living Is For Giving, Dying Is For Getting trouvera une place de choix à côté de la discographie de NAPALM DEATH.
