CARBON, LISA Trio de janeiro

Description

Being such serious devotees of Atom Heart and his Rather Interesting label, and having bigged up the mans genious for as long as we can remember, it's a real joy to have this killer LP available again and, this time round, on vinyl to boot! Lisa and Atom's 'Trio De Janeiro' LP first came out in 1997 as a follow up to the ace 'Polyester' LP on Rephlex. Sounding as fresh as ever, this is a rampant mix of mellow 4/4, latin grooves, trumpets, bendy keys, Fender Rhodes and lots of atom cutups. Post-Kitsch coming from a pre-kitsch era, Atom has never failed us and is on firing, loungy form on this lost classic. Ace.
