| Description : | Code name of a large-scale operation led by the Russian Intelligence Services, It It Anita intends to dismantle the American indie rock scene, i.e. a tool perverting Soviet youths. Launched after the discovery of groupuscules such as Pavement, Band of Horses, Grandaddy or Sonic Youth, the operation enables, in 2012, 4 special agents to get in touch with a US infiltrate, Jason Sebastian Russo (ex-Mercury Rev), and this latter to mix some of their early songs. From those times on under the auspices of Honest Houska, a comprehensive undercover operation has been initiated: the media, social networks, etc. Their first EP has been freshly released on Honest House (HH 014) and you'd better give it a spin folks! | |
