| Description : | 'Subsound Split Series' is a collectors' series of 12in limited edition vinyls. For each release, the series will present two bands of the Italian and international underground scene, spanning multiple genres and will also be available in digital. Artworks and illustrations will be curated by Stonino and will play on the interaction between two movie characters in an imaginative way. Mombu consists of Luca T. Mai [ bariton sax player of the amazing Italian band 'Zu' ] and Antonio Zitarrelli [ drummer of the crazy Italian trio 'Neo' ]. Both guys have joined forces in the duo that creates a unique musical chemistry, through mixing African rhythms with their jazz, hardcore and metal experience. The monstrous afro / grind Mombu, will mesmerize like a purifing voodoo. Hailed by Blow Up as 'one of the most dynamic live hip-hop performers we have seen in years', Bronx, NYC born -and- Union City, NJ raised ODDATEEE made his solo debut with Steely Darkglasses. He comes back with his new full length Halfway Homeless. Packing 12 hard-hitting tracks from the underbelly of hip hop and coming straight from the edge of insanity! ODDATEEE,s stream of conscience flow taps into his fears, angers, and frustrations. Backed with production by dälek, Komplx, Digital Unicorn, and cuts by Mixmaster Motiv, ODDATEEE bounces from the dark gritty streets to the old school vibe of abandoned building party joints.
