| DESCRIPTION |
| | TAIFUN Of Coyotes and Men Label : Honest House Year : 2015 Format : CD Style : Rock Availability : In stock
Price : 8.30 € - BUY
| | | | | Description : | Name borrowed from Motorpsycho's song on Trust us, Taïfun delivers a music that is reminiscent of cult albums such Built to Spill's Perfect From Now On, Modest Mouse's The Lonesome Crowded West, or Karate's The Bed is in the Ocean, amongst others. In other words, their songs might at times sound raging and blatantly outspoken, at others intimist, fragile and frankly melancholic.
After releasing a first LP, Trondheim, in 2011, Taïfun returns centre-stage in 2015 with Of Coyotes and Men, the band's second album to date. Recorded by Julien Conti (Mambo) and mixed by Julien Paschal (Castus, VO, Dominique A), this 9-song piece is, undoubtedly, Taïfun's masterpiece.
