FRANKLIN, BENJAMIN La Pente / Loupiotes

Description

At the start, Benjamin Franklin focused on 'love-at-first-sight' Casio songs with a deviant aftertaste and no-nonsense collages of guitar and dialog from old movies tempered by a sweet sense of irony. Side B witnesses this first love without being one of his classics. It is a dreamy Casio ballad that contrasts efficiently with the organized chaos of Side A; which is a recording from a recent Brussels concert and firmly sets down a contemporary marker on his musical evolutionary path.
