| Description : | A bunch of songs cadenced by death... Tannic blues and hollow strings, the Kythibong records's folk creature is back with a first new studio album in 3 years! The Healthy Boy's 'Carne Farce Camisole' could be told as a kind of walks crimsoned by some drunk strokes, as a bit of light cocooned by wintertime as well... Or else, as if hope would hang from the sarcomas of a Mike Leigh's movie. Far from the soppy mandolin's play-acting, Health is roaring here, filling up her throat with mud. Half of the story lost into David Eugene Edwards and Denver Gentlemen's Colorado, the other part crawling into debauchery, meowing wild as Ol' Tom Waits or Nick Cave do. His own bad seeds, named the Badass Motherfuckers, are the proper lab assistants for this red mess. 15 years more or less back before these present times, before their current band Zëro, they spent time to corrupt many generations deep to the soul with projects such as Bästard and Deity Guns. The Healthy Boy & the Badass Motherfuckers saraband could be told as grave as generous. A purple-peated melody intoxicated like the morning's dust. | |
