| Description : | Italian Noise/No Wave/Free Improv legends OVO come here with a full-length disc that builds on their growing explorations into lonely sonic outposts. From the pounding drum-fueled noise of 'ombra nell ombra' and 'efesto', to found object lo-fi of 'la saponatridce di ferrara', Ovo test both the listener's patience and expectations of what is music. The record's centerpiece, 'phiphenomena', is eight minutes of screeching and longing that draws on Japanese noise and Ono-esque vocal experiment.
