| Description : | SALA BESTIA is a trio founded in 2021, consisting of Eric (guitar/vocals), Michel (drums/samples), and Aurélien (bass/keyboards). Some may recognize the first two as members of REVOK, while Aurélien has played in DESICOBRA, SCHOOLBUSDRIVER, MADEINCANADA, and many others.
With this group, the members combine their love for a certain refined American indie noise- ock with synthetic loops and shades of post-rock. The beast never screams. It doesn't need to. It prefers to sing well-structured lyrics over finely crafted and sometimes edgy melodies. SALA BESTIA is not a reunion project of seasoned ex-members. SALA BESTIA is a full-fledged band, and 'Plenty of Nothing' is their debut album. It was recorded and mixed by PIERRE ANTOINE PAROIS (PAPIER TIGRE, LA COLONIE DE VACANCES) and mastered by MIGUEL CONSTANTINO (PETER KERNEL, MARVIN). | |
