This second opus in the series is a virtual journey through a gallery of electronic pieces. Side by side original tracks and remixes offer in their combination a new approach to the Köln-based label Kompakt. Tobias Thomas/Michael Mayer, Jürgen Paape, Dettinger, Freiland, and Michael Mayer have been reshaped by To Rococo Rot, Autechre, DJ Olive, Freeform, Lelonek, Nail Harvey, Scanner, etc. A wide range of new approaches to Kompakt's electronic hymns, mixing together the pleasure of solid dancefloor-focused songs to abstract electro, Indian vibes, and dub.
