| Description : | The DEWENDEL DÄMBE are a mystery. An urban legend in Metz. A legend, yes! Led by René Taesch, an artist and a lunar photographer with a thousand lives, a real blond angel who could have been a wrestler alongside the famous Francisco Pino Farina in the 1950s, the group has been scouring the scenes of the East for more than ten years, marking the the open spirits of all the lucky ones having seen them in a corner of a cellar or street ... even though the texts are invariably sung in Platt, the patois of the corner.
But today, it is high time to bring the quartet to light. Der Himmel brennt, his first album, will be perhaps the last. It's not that serious. It is the manifesto of a musical and creative freedom that must be preserved for posterity and future generations. | |
