 | ED WOOD JR. Lost. Drive. Water. Exit. Label : Black Basset Records Year : 2015 Format : 10in Style : Rock Availability : In stock Price : 16.60 € - BUY | |
| Description : | Following 'Ruban de Möbius' (2010) and the widely-acclaimed 'Silence' (2011) that saw them travel the roads of Europe and Canada, the two Lille-based musicians from ED WOOD JR progressively became more discreet since their collaboration with Japanese artist Asako Fujimoto (2013). LOST.DRIVE.WATER.EXIT : Four words, four tracks that mark the return of the French duo. Four varied compositions for a glowing statement of intent and a highly addictive EP, ranging from math rock to post-rock and from electronica to home-made experimentations. More than ever, keyboards lines, primal vocals and hellish riffs collide to perfectly square up and fascinate even the unaware listener. Four abrasive yet lovable, geometric yet melodic tracks that will delight fans of Monument To Masses and Fuck Buttons alike. | |
